Mr.Yeshwanth Shenoy is a practicing lawyer and has a diverse experience working with the United Nations, the Government of India and Fortune 500 Companies. He started his career as a trial lawyer and has appeared regularly in Supreme Court of India and several High Courts. Mr.Shenoy has an LL.M in Intellectual Property Laws from Turin University Italy, which is a joint programme with WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation). He also has a Masters in Law in Commercial and Consumer Laws with International Business Transaction from Mumbai University. He has done specialisation courses in International Trade Law and European Business and Competition Law for which he was granted a scholarship by the Italian Foreign Ministry and University Institute of European Studies. Mr.Shenoy also interned at the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute in Italy where he worked on issues relating to international security and terrorism. Mr.Shenoy lectures students at various law colleges and is currently on a 5 year sabattical to exclusively deal with social issues and have taken up several social causes before different courts in India.
Mrs. Nayana Pai is a practicing advocate in Mangalore. She was one of the first advocates to help the families of the victims of IX 812 crash. She was instrumental in the families forming the Association.
Ms.Nayana has done her Masters in Law in International Business Law from Mangalore University. She is a visiting faculty in SDM College of Business Management and a member of Ethical committee in KMC, Mangalore.
She is one of the Founder Trustee and is currently the Secretary of the 812 Foundation.
Ms.Triveni Mahendra Kodkany, hails from Mangalore and has a Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance. She has worked as a Lecturer in Finance at the Department of Business Administration, Mangalore University.
Ms.Triveni Lost her mother and her Husband in the IX 812 Crash in Mangalore on 22 May 2010. Ms.Triveni has two teenaged children and is currently based in Mangalore. She has taken keen interest in standing up to fight the might of powerful State Authorities like the Air India, Airport Authority and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation so that others do not lose their dear ones like the way she lost hers.
Ms.Triveni is a founder Trustee and currently the Treasurer of 812 Foundation.
Ms. Tanushree Khandelwal is a Science Graduate from Delhi University. She has worked as a Business associate with various Multinationals and is successfully running a tiger conservation and awareness campaign.
Ms.Tanushree has been actively helping 812 Foundation and has been in the forefront of its awareness campaign and the work of 812 Foundation in New Delhi.
